WHAT IS IT...

​

January Juvenation TM,   was created in 2019, as a private reset for women who carry it all.

It convenes with an intimate circle of 11 exceptional women who are accomplished, capable, and quietly carrying more than most people realize.

​

This invitation-only, four-day, three-night experience takes place at a high-end international beach resort and is intentionally designed as an extension of my coaching work. It offers what high-performing women rarely give themselves: space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with who they are beneath the responsibilities.

January Juvenation is not a conference in the traditional sense.

 

There are no stages, no hustle, and no pressure to perform. Instead, the experience centers on resetting the nervous system, reconnecting with like-minded women, and setting grounded intentions for the year ahead. Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, restorative practices, and unstructured time, women are supported in releasing what no longer serves them and reclaiming clarity, presence, and energy.

WHY  WE DO IT...

This is an amazing opportunity to cater to the women who lead, build, decide, and deliver, often without space to be fully supported themselves.

At the heart of this experience is community. The women who attend often discover that what they need most is not advice, but resonance, to be seen, understood, and held in a room of peers who share similar pressures, values, and ambitions.
