ANITA CHRISTINA| EXECUTIVE COACHING

"I spent years optimizing systems. Then I realized the most fragile system was the leader inside them"
My Story
Before becoming a coach, I built my career inside complex corporate environments, leading teams, managing operations, navigating pressure, and delivering results. My background in logistics, supply chain, and strategy trained me to see systems clearly: how decisions ripple, where breakdowns occur, and why high performers are so often rewarded with more responsibility instead of more support.

Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore.

The most capable women, most often Black women, were consistently over-relied upon, under-resourced, and expected to be endlessly resilient without being protected. Even when they were invited to lead, the support surrounding that leadership was often inconsistent, conditional and subpar to their peers. The expectation is excellence without margin, compliance without question and strength without pause.

Coaching became my way of addressing what corporate systems often require but rarely provide.
My work is not about fixing you or pushing you to do more. It is about creating space to think clearly, breathe fully, and lead intentionally.

As an ICF-trained coach, I partner with my clients to hold space for deep reflection, vulnerability, and discovery without judgment. In this space you can tell the truth about what is working, what is not, and what you are quietly carrying. It is safe here.
Make no mistake, our work together is disciplined work, thoughtful work, honest work.

Together, we uncover gaps you did not know were present and develop skills you did not realize you needed, so your leadership feels grounded, sustainable, and aligned with the life you are building, not just the role you are holding.

If you are ready to explore what that could look like, I would be honored to begin the conversation with you.
